Sound familiar?

You didn't start a catering business to do paperwork.

You're rebuilding the same proposal at eleven at night, again, because you can't find the last one.
Quotes go out inconsistent, because each one starts from a blank page and whatever mood you're in.
Event details live in WhatsApp, your head, and a note on the van dashboard.
Compliance paperwork gets done properly right up until you're busy.

The cooking was never the hard part. The admin is what finishes people.

How it's organised

It's laid out in the order you'd actually use it.

Not filed by document type and left for you to work out. A job comes in at the top and comes out the other end invoiced — and at every stage, the paperwork is already written.

15 Operating-System Workflows

That's the difference between a folder of templates and a system. You stop inventing the admin side of your business, because it's already been invented — by someone who was doing the jobs.

What's in it

100+ documents. 14 working calculators. 10 complete workflows.

Editable Word documents — change the wording, add your logo, make it yours.
Working Excel calculators — real formulas, not blank cells waiting for you to build them.
Print-ready PDFs for the things that get handed to staff and clients.
An AI prompt library thrown in as a bonus — useful, but it isn't the product.
From real caterers

"I've been in events catering for over ten years, and honestly the admin side has always been the thing that finishes me. We're so busy thinking about food, menus, clients… admin is the one thing that makes me pull my hair out every week.

This catering toolkit flipped everything. It's all there, everything makes sense, and you can tell it's been put together by people who actually know catering."

Tony · Sibi Catering

"It looks amazing — everything's right where you need it, and the links to each part of the timeline are brilliant."

Being straight with you

What this is, and what it isn't.

It is

The paperwork and process behind a working catering business.
Editable, rebrandable, and yours permanently.
Written for UK operators.

It isn't

Accounting, payroll, tax or a booking CRM.
Software you log into and pay for monthly.
A magic fix if you never open it.
Questions

The things people ask before buying.

Is this for private chefs or event caterers?

Both. The pricing tools cover event jobs, private-chef day rates and recurring meal prep. The event and staffing documents matter more if you run bigger jobs with a team; the proposal, costing and compliance documents apply either way.

Can I edit it and put my own branding on it?

Yes. Everything is editable Word and Excel — change the wording, drop your logo in, adjust prices and processes. That's the point. You're not licensing something you have to use as-is.

What software do I need?

Word and Excel, or the free equivalents. The spreadsheets work in Excel, Google Sheets and Numbers. The portal opens in any browser. Nothing to install.

Is it a subscription?

No. £149 once. No monthly anything, no renewal, no upsell to keep access.

How do I get it after I pay?

Straight away. You get a link to your own portal, plus a downloadable copy so you keep it permanently and it works offline.

Will the compliance documents work outside the UK?

The health, safety and compliance section is written to UK rules and would need checking against local requirements elsewhere. Everything else — pricing, proposals, menus, kitchen and event operations, staffing — travels fine.

Is this just AI-generated templates?

No. These are the documents used to run a real catering business, written over years of actual jobs. There's an AI prompt library included as a bonus, but it isn't the product.

What if my business works differently?

Most of it will still fit — a booking is a booking. Some sections will need adapting to how you work, which is why everything is editable rather than locked.

One job priced properly pays for it.

Most caterers who run their last job through the free calculator find they were under by more than this costs. That's the whole argument.
